Stephanie is a gifted practitioner and teacher. She has a wonderful ability to tune into the body and balance the flow of energy. Awesome!

I cannot say enough good things about my session today with Stephanie! I am from Ontario & had booked online as we were coming to Banff to visit our son. I totally screwed up on the appointment time, I thought it was at 6:45 pm local time when in fact it was 4:45 pm local time. Stephanie contacted me to see if I was having difficulty finding her & was gracious enough to allow me to come even though I would be late. I ran down Banff Avenue like a crazy woman & was kindly greeted by Stephanie. My session was wonderful & I felt very comfortable in Stephanie's capable & healing hands. I will definitely booked again the next time we come to Banff.

Always a great experience. I have cried, laughed and felt I can share anything that needs to be said. I greatly appreciate the space that Steph holds for me to let go of energy that may be from others that has decided to attach it's self to me, and to clam and ground my own energy.

Such a great reiki session! She intuitively knew the most important issues to work on for my healing, and I truly felt the energy flowing and releasing. I also appreciated that she noted what areas she was moving around and why. I will definitely be going back for another session ☺️
