My first full reiki session was fantastic. I’ve only had it as a part of another service but this was definitely what I was needing. Steph calmly explained what she was doing and why and it made so much sense to me. She has a fantastic energy about her - will definitely go back for more! 🤩✨

I cannot say enough good things about my session today with Stephanie! I am from Ontario & had booked online as we were coming to Banff to visit our son. I totally screwed up on the appointment time, I thought it was at 6:45 pm local time when in fact it was 4:45 pm local time. Stephanie contacted me to see if I was having difficulty finding her & was gracious enough to allow me to come even though I would be late. I ran down Banff Avenue like a crazy woman & was kindly greeted by Stephanie. My session was wonderful & I felt very comfortable in Stephanie's capable & healing hands. I will definitely booked again the next time we come to Banff.
